Thanksgiving was wonderful. Thank you for opening your home to our family. We all enjoyed the excellent company and the delicious food. Everything was simply perfect. Warner Hall offered us the opportunity to relax and enjoy one another…no worries, no hassle, no clean up! This was a holiday we’ll never forget!

P.S. The Boathouse was by far our favorite part of this place. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on the dock watching the world sweep past! We loved it!

Floating down the river, lounging in the boathouse during a downpour – Jacuzzi, candles and fireplace…breakfast in the sun porch…five course dinners…conversation with Troy and Theresa…What else can I say? Just a month after the attack on America, we delight in finding our family connection to the Washingtons & the Warners. When George Seaton signed on in this house with Nathaniel Bacon in 1676, he signed on for all of us. John Washington, uncle of George was a good friend of our forefather on the Piankitank. You have created an amazing retreat here. We hope to be able to return.

My how time flies! I can’t believe it’s been a year since we got married here. It was the most spectacular day, and we will always cherish the terrific memories. We came again to celebrate our first anniversary – and it was, once again, everything we dreamed it would be. It is so peaceful and beautiful here…not to mention wonderful people and fabulous food. I have read that the root of our stress in this day and age is the direct result of all the choices we have to make just to survive in our society. 220 automobiles, over 300 cereals and thousands and thousands of mutual funds to choose from....Donna and I came to Warner Hall to relax and celebrate life itself. I knew I was in for a treat when Theresa met us at the door and insisted on carrying our bags – something I was not prepared for…but once again we were faced with choices! A fireplace in our bedroom! When do you use it? Morning, moon or night? What do you use it for? Heat, light, romance? Being the simple people that we are, Donna & I decided to use it for all the reasons we could think of! The full moon, sunsets from the boathouse, biking when the tide is out, kayaking when the tide is in…decisions, decisions! Finally, it goes without saying that everyone, from age 2 to 90 should be so lucky to be able to stay in the grace of Warner Hall for at least one day in their life. If you are looking for stress…you can’t get there from here…

As you know my parents and I have stayed with you here once before. I believe I was 15 or 16. Here it is, two years later, I’m now 18 years old and again enjoying this wonderful bed and breakfast. Your breakfasts are wonderful and extremely delicious. One reason we came back to your place is your great dock where my father and I can do some fishing, our favorite past time. But the main reason would be because your service here is so wonderful. Let alone your rooms are so welcoming and comfortable. Personally, if I were to choose any of the bed and breakfasts my family and I have stayed at (and there are many) I would choose yours. Thank you for your great hospitality.
